Next Sunday will be my last craft fair of 2011. it has been a really busy year. I have appeared at craft fairs across the North West and Yorkshire from Street parties to Galleries. but my final fair is very local to me at The Longfield Suite in Prestwich.
I will be here tomorrow at the Longfield centre from 10am 
from 10am at the Whitworth Art Gallery.
Preparing for the Cheshire Food Festival 15th and 16th October. with the rest of The Manchester Craft Mafia we will be hosting a craft fair featuring brilliant makes from across Greater Manchester and will be running a series of workshops. You don’t need to bring anything except £1.50 and that will guarantee that you get to take a friend home.
If however you do want to choose and bring some socks or buttons that’s cool too.

Upcycle your t’s
This month we are gonna dig out forgotten t-shirts and turn them into wonderous jewellery!
Myself and Nico Dawson will show you how to make necklaces, rings, bracelets and brooches. It’s really easy peasy and very experimental.
We will aim to provide all the materials for a mini fee but if you have any old forgotten t shirts bring em along.

I taught a lovely group how to make some simple little artist books/ scrap books. the results were lovely using ribbons, buttons even old maps some beautiful books were created. for more of the finished books check out my flickr
